How do the free trial calculations work?

Sign in and complete up to two calculations in the B31.3 calculator and two in the bolt torque calculator. Each tolerance stackup module has its own two-calculation allowance. Invalid inputs do not use a trial. Trial allowances do not renew when a Pro pass expires.

Which tools stay free?

The Section Weight Calculator and Steel Section Sizes finder remain free to use. Other general utilities are also available without a Pro pass unless their page states otherwise.

When does Pro access start?

Access starts when the server verifies a captured payment. It lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. If confirmation is delayed, check your account before paying again.

What happens after 30 days?

Paid calculations, complete standards guides, editing, and new Pro saves require an active pass. You can still read and print saved comparison revisions, and the free tools remain available.

How are payment problems handled?

Contact contact@enggtools.in with your payment reference for a duplicate debit, missing access, or refund request. Never send card details or banking passwords. See the payment and access policy.

Can I enter confidential project data?

Use non-confidential data unless your organisation has approved EnggTools for the information involved. Saved comparison revisions are stored against your account. See the privacy policy.
